At Shandilya Enterprises, we aim to provide complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

1. Return Period

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns will not be accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.

2. Eligibility for Returns
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.
3. Non-returnable Items
  • Products that are customized or made-to-order.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable".
  • Perishable or hygiene-related items once opened.
4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email at support@shandilyaenterprises.com with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.

5. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. We will replace the item or provide a full refund as applicable.

7. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the shipping charges.
